Professionals Expand their Networking Circle

The Community Foundation for San Benito County extended a warm welcome to our newest Superior Court Judge, Omar Rodriguez, by hosting an informal gathering of professional advisors at The Ale House in Hollister.

The event offered a small group of attorneys, accountants, and other financial advisors to network with colleagues and meet Omar in an informal setting. They offered their support and congratulations after a victorious campaign last November, and he graciously credited friends in the community for their assistance and ultimate win.

Attorney, Christine Breen, made a few comments on behalf of the Community Foundation Board of Directors. “This is really an opportunity to cross-pollinate and see people we might not see in the grocery store anymore–really an opportunity to get to together, do a little business, and enjoy each other’s company.” With more mixers like this in 2019, the Community Foundation is looking forward to establishing a partnership with all of the professionals in our community who are helping donors meet their charitable needs.

The next Professional Advisors' mixer will be held on Tuesday, April 30, 2019, at The 18th Barrel Tasting Room in San Juan Bautista. Professional Advisors in San Benito County should RSVP to Director of Donor & Community Services, Brenda Weatherly.
