Now Hiring: Executive Assistant & Receptionist
The Community Foundation for San Benito County is excited to announce an opening for an Executive Assistant & Receptionist, a key role supporting the CEO and the daily operations of the Community Foundation Epicenter.
This dual-position plays an important part in advancing the Foundation’s mission by ensuring a welcoming, professional, and well-organized environment for donors, nonprofit tenants, community partners, and visitors. As the first point of contact at the Epicenter, the Executive Assistant & Receptionist provides exceptional hospitality and administrative support, helping the Foundation operate smoothly and effectively.
In addition, this role provides high-level support to the CEO, including managing schedules, preparing communications and materials, coordinating across teams, and assisting with initiatives that strengthen the Foundation’s work. The position works closely with staff, board members, and community partners to ensure strong communication, organization, and follow-through across the organization.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and service-driven, with excellent communication skills, discretion, and a collaborative mindset. This role is well-suited for someone who enjoys supporting leadership, engaging with the community, and contributing to a mission-driven organization.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, communications, or related field or equivalent experience. Or 3+ years supporting executives in an administrative role.
- Maintains discretion and integrity in handling confidential information while delivering professional and diplomatic customer service to executives, board members, donors, partners, tenants, and visitors.
- Highly organized with attention to detail and accurate data entry, proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and tools like DocuSign, Adobe, Zoom, Google Workspace, and Slack.
