How to Apply

Applying for a matching grant is a simple process which doesn’t require any special writing or presentation skills. If your project/program is ready to launch within the next three months, we invite you to submit a completed Grant Application. Matching grants do not exceed $10,000.

Please submit your Grant Application to Salina Chacon. Printed forms will be accepted if the applicant is unable to submit electronically.

NOTE: A new grant application is not eligible until all grant reporting requirements from prior grants is submitted.
