The Latino Generations Endowment Scholarship Committee announces its scholarship recipients

It is with great pleasure that the Latino Generations Endowment Scholarship Committee of the Community Foundation for San Benito County announces the recipients of the 2020 Latino Generation Scholarships for high school and continuing education students.

The Latino Generations Scholarship Fund serves as a sustainable launching platform aimed at helping Latinos succeed and reducing the disparities across the county. The final decision was based on the submission of a recent transcript, a resume, and a written essay that featured overcoming hardship, as well as examples of active participation in the San Benito community.

Considering the quality of the applications received, the Scholarship Committee and final judging panel had a difficult time selecting the finalists and award recipients.
